Gym Fighters- Boxing, Karate and Kickboxing
This class offers the conditioning, drills, bag work and technique training used by the pros, minus the black eyes and broken noses! A great workout for both men and women (ages 14+).

KickStart Live Smart! Weight Loss Program-
This 10 week program provides the weight loss motivation and exercise education designed to reinforce the lifestyle changes required to lose and maintain weight loss, fitness and overall better health. Program includes 3 additional weekly opportunities for exercise in any KS class.

Boot Camp

Tae-Robics-
Craving a fun, unique and intense workout experience? Try this challenge! Tae-robics combines punching, kicking and cardio techniques for a workout that is energizing and addictive! Tae-robics is designed to challenge even the fittest athlete, but can easily be modified for beginners.

Pink Gloves-
Designed for women, this unique class offers a totally new way to work out! Pad work and partner work is emphasized as you learn to punch, kick and work with focus mitts in a variety of drills and routines. This combination of cardio, strength and endurance will work every muscle youve ever flexed and a few muscles you didnt know you had! A real eye-opener for any woman who wants that feeling of empowerment! Bring your gloves or borrow some of ours but dont forget your attitude!
